CareMC
CorVel wanted to restructure and redesign their claims management web app, CareMC, to improve the way their employees previewed the progress of claims. CorVel also wanted to be able to view staff metric for those claims.
I served as the lead UX designer and established the site's structure, brainstormed solutions for each user type, and wireframes the site experience.
The website was full of interesting UI challenges, from claim metrics to large amounts of tabular data. Below are some wireframe samples that I created for the website.
I collaborated with the senior art director to create website design comps that matched CorVel's brand style.
Post launch, CorVel has seen a big improvement in how users interact with their new website. The redesign was so successful that CorVel asked us to improve some of their other websites and apps.
